Bed sucked

Stayed for 3 days due to proximity to my destination. Only needed somewhere to sleep each night. Lady at the desk was pleasant and friendly. (one star). Took me a minute to figure out where the "office" was, other than that, checkin/checkout was simple (half star) Cleaning service was horrible. Only came in to change out towels. Beds weren't made, bathroom was not cleaned. (no stars) Dirty shower curtain that barely made it to the edge of the tub. (no stars) Would not stay here again.

Okay, I travel almost every weekend staying in different hotels, I very rarely give a bad review however, the good thing, price and staff was friendly. The beds were horrible!! It was like sleeping on a cement slab😩 the pillows were supposed to be memory foam they were hard as bricks. There was mold growing in the corner of the bathroom, it was FREEZING the heating unit in the window was not enough I bought a space heater, the floor was heaving up so I was constantly tripping on the the slabs, no dresser, no place to put your suit cases. TV has limited channels. No coffee pots or cups no Kleenex, bare essentials. But like I said price was good staff was nice and it was quiet.

The property owners were friendly and attenative. We had a leak in our bathroom and they moved us to a new room immediately when it wasnt a simple fix. They were quick to respond to the issue too. The first room with the leak the beds were rock hard but the room we gor moved to was much nicer with softer beds. It certainly isnt a luxury stay but a descent place to rest your head for the night.
