Semmi. A lokáció volt kitünő de ahhoz a hotelnek semmi hozzáadott értéke.

Minden borzalmas. Amikor foglaltuk még benne volt a reggeli. Utólag értesítettek h eladták és sem reggeli sem személyzet nincs. A megadott számon ha nehezen el is érhető vki az udvariatlan, nem segítőkész es levágja a telefont. Érkezés napján 3-kor az egyik szoba nem volt kitakarítva még. Semmiben nem üti a 3csillagot csak az árában. Koszos, nincs takarítás, a mosdó a szobaban, nem a fürdőben van. Ilyen baratságtalan, borzalmas szállással még nem talalkoztam.

O checkin muito tarde e o check out muito cedo. O tempo de estadia limitado nos força a ter uma estadia apressada e desconfortável. Não tem espaço para guardar as malas. Não tem saguão. Não tem funcionários. O ar condicionado na aquece direito.

If you value your time, money, and basic respect as a customer, stay far away from Hotel Marcel. They canceled a confirmed reservation just 7 days before arrival. Not due to an emergency, not due to unforeseen circumstances, but because of their own internal ownership transition. That alone shows complete incompetence. Then it gets worse. Instead of taking responsibility, they told me to cancel the booking myself because they are “not able to process any cancellation.” That is not just unprofessional, it is outright absurd. They create the problem, then expect the guest to fix it for them. By that time, prices had already increased everywhere else. They left me scrambling for a last-minute alternative, paying more, with zero support, zero compensation, and zero accountability. This is a business that cannot handle the most basic commitment it makes to its customers. If they can drop your booking a week before arrival without offering a solution, they can do the same to you. You simply cannot trust them. Avoid at all costs.
