Personnel très sympathique et a l écoute. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Bruges et petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Deuxième visite pour nous et nous reviendrons encore, je conseille vraiment cet hôtel.

My only complaint would be the pillows. Too big for me.
