I usually prefer to share positive experiences and I tried to resolve these issues privately with the property, but after months of being ignored followed by dismissive responses, I feel it’s important to share. I had a lot of respect for MGallery and Accor before this experience. Despite raising multiple concerns—including serious hygiene and safety issues—staff consistently refused to acknowledge clear faults and shrugged off contradictions. The most striking example: we paid for a premium airport transfer but were given a standard taxi, then repeatedly told it was the hotel’s “premium” service, despite the clear taxi signage and the driver himself saying he was not part of a transfer service and was in fact a taxi. The only offer of compensation was a 'goodwill gesture' of loyalty points, a small sum, which felt wholly inappropriate considering the scale of our issues and the sizable amount of money we spent. Promises of “investigations” went nowhere even after we reported that suites were constantly surrounded by trash, dirty laundry, and housekeeping carts attracting pests. The experience did not reflect the hotel’s website or what you would expect from this brand at this price point. Staff themselves acknowledged the online photos were misleading. Main issues: Airport transfer: Pre-booked premium service not arranged; instead, a standard taxi with an unprofessional driver nearly caused us to miss our flight. Hotel staff refused to admit the error or find a better option. Room mismatch: Ocean View rooms are all above the adults-only pool with constant noise, contradicting website imagery of a quiet, tree-lined outlook. Staff themselves said the photos only match one or two rooms and admitted these are noisy rooms even with doors closed. Upgrade pressure: The only alternative to noise was a costly “quieter suite,” offered under heavy pressure by a manager with a so-called discount. Suite condition: Not worth the price. Our pool suite was very dated and tired, had worn decking, damaged furniture, malfunctioning doors, mosquitoes, obstructed views, and walkways cluttered with dirty trays and laundry attracting pests. This was not just when rooms were being cleaned; the area was seemingly used as storage. Carts and trash were left unattended for hours. Service inconsistencies: Buggy delays of 20 minutes, restaurant items repeatedly unavailable, poorly timed service, and overcooked meals still charged to our bill. When we told them our steak was so overcooked it was inedible they smiled politely, took it away (barely touched) and charged us the full amount. Payment issues: Flawed payment links with no alternatives; unusual room service deposit practices required multiple inconvenient trips to the lobby. Overall: The consistent problem was the gap between what is advertised and what is delivered, paired with a complete lack of customer service. Any issues that arise are unlikely to be resolved, making the stay a significant risk.

Had a wonderful stay here in March 2026. The property offers a great sense of privacy and calm despite being close to Patong. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful views, especially from higher levels. The food and beverage experience was excellent, with multiple dining options and some fantastic scenic spots — the rooftop setting is a must-visit. I had the opportunity to dine at the famous Michelin Guide restaurant - Tambu. The food was an addition to the beautiful experience. Service was warm and attentive throughout the stay. The team really makes an effort to ensure guests are comfortable. The ambience is serene and perfect for couples or anyone looking to unwind away from the crowds—a great balance of accessibility and tranquility.

The most beautiful hotel out of the 5 I visited in Phuket. An oasis of peace and the most beautiful sunsets. The hotel has beautiful tropical gardens and the hotel is perfect in every detail. Breakfast is high quality with fresh juices and a large selection. Food in the restaurant (lunch and dinner) Delicious and beautifully served. The pools are one nicer than the other. I also liked the location. Near the busy Patong, but a quiet and peaceful place within reach. on the other side the most beautiful beaches on the island. More about the hotel. I loved looking at every thoughtful corner of this place. The staff took care of the gardens, us and were very helpful and smiling. We recommend it to everyone🤍 It was incredible. Thank you. - The location is great, a short 10-minute drive to Patong Beach. - The pool villa we stayed in is getting tired. Bi-fold doors from the bedroom to the pool did not close properly, so mosquitoes entered at night. Avista did give complimentary mosquito repellent. - Daily housekeeping was always late afternoon. - The pool deck rotted out and felt like it was going to collapse when you walked across it. - The staff were lovely and very friendly.

Amazing! sangdon and Nicky left our room spotless everyday. The buffet was delicious. And it was so quiet and peaceful. The perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. And amazing for the price we paid. Definitely worth it
