Hotel looked good on the website, paid extra for an executive suite £125 for a night which was comfortable but poor condition with mould on the nets and curtains, smelled damp and pillows were in very poor condition and stained pillowcases. Food and drinks were ok.
Food was amazing, room very rough round the edges to be honest. Bathroom really could do with a complete rip out
We were not informed that the bathroom radiator was not working on arrival only found out when mentioned at reception.

The hotel sadly looks nothing like the photos. The rooms are badly in need of a refurbishment. Old bathrooms and bedding. The mattress felt like it hadn't been changed in years.

No lift to second floor as partner is disabled and rooms not cleaned every day
