Awful smell within the room! Someone had urinated on the mattress previously and had been covered over with fresh sheets. Disgusted no one called it sooner and mattress had been moved around. No one should of stopped in the room I was in! Shame on hotel!
Guest should have been notified by email before arriving that due to a large function on the 3rd September the kitchen was not serving anyone after 8pm. The bathroom shower rail was a friction fit pole which kept falling down. Rooms very tied and outdated The breakfast in the morning was poor and you could have bounced the scrambled egg off the floor it was so rubbery. Staff were very pleasant and helpful
We went visiting to Wales to see family 6 hours drive , the room was very comfortable but the dining experience wasn't good I explained to reception before leaving some of the food wasn't edible to eat We had spent over 200.00 on drinks and food he just said ohhhh I will tell the chef No customer service at all very rude
Very musty smelling hall on walk to room. No Wifi in room and staff had no idea how to help us access recently updated modems. Woke up in the middle of the night twice by towel heater making loud sounds. Pillows were flat and lumpy. Parking lot was great. Check in and check out were fast and easy.

Very polite staff. The parking space is spacious - essential for a business trip. It is just the room WiFi is very weak and some sockets near the fridge is not working. Not a big deal to me anyway. - Room 114 Gordon Kwok
According to hotels.com it is a 4 star. Which is very misleading. It is actually a 3 star but it should be a 1 or 2 star. It’s clear that no one from hotels.com has actually been there.
