Beautiful garden and place.

We couldn’t check in on time cos the first room’s door broke. Then the electricity was cut off and we had to wait for the technician. Communication was poor. During the night at 2am we woke up cos some maintenance job was being held and they were super loud.

La camera è spaziosa e bella, il parco è fantastico, peccato la piscina fosse ancora chiusa ma aveva un aspetto spettacolare. Il personale gentile, efficiente, la cena e il cameriere della sera TOP.

Avevo prenotato una Junior Suite nell'edificio principale. Al nostro arrivo, ci è stata assegnata una camera al terzo piano, ma non dello standard che avevo prenotato e pagato (era almeno di una categoria inferiore). Non c'è ascensore nell'edificio, mia moglie ha problemi alle ginocchia, quindi sono andato alla reception per chiedere di cambiare camera e prenderne una a un piano inferiore. Dopo un po' ci hanno offerto una Junior Suite al primo piano dell'edificio principale, dicendomi che mi era stata assegnata una camera migliore di quella prenotata. La cosa mi ha divertito. Per il resto, non ho lamentele. Il personale è fantastico! Ottimo servizio e caffè.
