Сделали бронь через Booking. 3 номера. 2 часа на машине добирались до отеля чтобы отдохнуть. Встретил на ресепшн нас мужчина и после того как я сказал что у нас бронь, показал ему номер брони и оплату, он ответил мест нет выходите мне нужно работать. Я говорю я уже оплатил со своей карты за 3 номера. Он говорит ничего Незнаю у меня полный отель. Как может быть полный отель если я оплатил за номера?? Попросили воды сказал воды нету уходите. Что за отношение с гостям??? И почему такое происходит. Говорит я Английский не понимаю выходите.
