Victorian by the Sea

Caroline was so kind and accommodating! The inn itself is beautiful and it was such a relaxing stay. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful views from the wraparound porch. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Very delicious breakfast in the morning. Really peaceful atmosphere.

Séjour de 4 jours en couple. Nous recommandons fortement ce B&B. La maison est parfaitement bien tenue, les chambres ainsi que toutes les pièces sont très propres. Elle est aussi minutieusement décorée avec goût. La maison est magnifique. L'hôtesse et propriétaire, Caroline, est vraiment gentille, disponible et de bons conseils concernant les activités à faire dans la région. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. Les 2 premiers jours, la maison était pleine (6 chambres en tout). Nous avons eu droit à un buffet avec pain et muesli faits maison et bio. Yaourt, fruits, confiture, beurre, boissons chaudes et froides... Les 2 derniers jours, nous n'étions plus que 2 couples. Caroline nous a servi à table, comme dans un restaurant, des assiettes qu'elle avait elle-même cuisiné : omelette, coupe de yaourt/muesli/fruits frais, jambon sur muffin anglais, tartine avocat/tomate/bacon sur son pain maison et j'en passe. Ce B&B est une excellente découverte et si nous devons de nouveau séjourner dans la région, nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation.

I loved the beautiful gardens and the many interior views of the water. Our gracious host Carolyn prepared extraordinary Swiss inspired breakfasts that were truly amazing! The proximity to downtown Camden is also lovely for dining out.

A bed and breakfast in a lovely, old historic home and as it's name implies, overlooking the sea. Very gracious hostess. Beautiful garden setting. The room was perfect. Wonderful breakfast in a beautiful sun room setting. Very quiet, peaceful location. The hostess was helpful in directing us to places to see and to eat.

Nothing

This was our first bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint. Caroline was so inviting and helpful in every aspect of our stay. The rooms are beautiful and extremely clean, breakfast was delicious and the environment was so relaxing. It is close to Camden which is such a pretty town. I would 100% recommend the Victorian by the Sea.

Actually there were no cons for us.

This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed. Caroline is so sweet as the owner and hostess. Her quiche for breakfast is fantastic. She has muffins or cookies in the evenings with tea available. The rooms are as you would expect. Just absolutely beautiful.

There was not one thing I did not like about this property.

Setting.

Breakfast offerings were very limited and not as shown on website. Hostess was very unorganized . All guests had to wait for coffee and food. Breakfast room did not provide adequate for the number of guests .

What a beautiful location with wonderful views of the ocean from the porch and dining area! Our stay was made more memorable by the courtesy shown from our hostess Carolyn who gave us much information on her lovely home and it's idyllic setting. The breakfast also was delicious with many home made specialties, we hope to return again, thank you! :)
