Make sure to check in early, they gave my room away for checking in at 8/9 pm when I had just spent the whole day at sea world! I was exhausted and the Hyatt staff ruined my night. Thankfully Expedia saved the day.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. We found the hotel very clean, comfortable and we felt very safe. The hot breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. Overall the atmosphere was very lovely and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Cleanliness. Breakfast could be better with alternate choices daily. Stayed here 3 nights had the same main breakfast every morning. Last day they run out of eggs ;)
