Knights Inn Winner

Isabella took mine and my child's personal belongings hostage after an unforeseen circumstance happened and I couldn't make it back in time for check out, she is now holding them for hundreds of dollars before shell return anything. How am I supposed to work, when every item of clothing I own she has hostage. Terrible abusive manager

Upon first arrival of walking in the door there was a strong overwhelming smell of cat urine. We had to wait in the lobby for 5 minutes just to be told by the girl that the main check in lady wouldnt be there for 30 minutes. So we quickly got out of there and went to eat. Now you might be thinking why not just cancel the room and go elsewhere, well when you book through hotels.com, you only have a 24 hour prior window to cancel a room, and being as we was there the day of the booking we couldnt cancel. So we came back, got in our room and had to have them come down to hook up our air conditioner. The first night sleeping in this room wasnt very comfortable. The beds had a feeling of dampness to them. The rooms look very old like there has never been a remodel of any sort. If at all possible i would recommend anyone traveling in this area to avoid this motel at all costs, the cat pee smell is overwhelming and will get you sick to your stomach, the dampness feeling in the beds will make for a long night.

When we arrived it was a little difficult to find as we had lived around that area years ago and was thinking that it was located at a different spot. When we pulled up to the building, i thought that there was either construction going on or the place was abandon and I had been swindled out of my money. The parking lot was in extremely terrible condition, which was because the snow removal people tore it up in the snow removal process. Had bit of trouble knowing which was the office entry. I went in and it was like a ghost motel, I couldn't locate any staff or desk.I returned to the desk and called the motel on my cell and they came out of the room behind the counter. I reserved on line ,so check in was quick and didn't have to fill out a registration slip, which was different for me. The room was clean and comfortable enough. It's called the Warrior Inn and it shows its 40 +years of battle scars. I have no problem with an older motel, but they need to be maintained and updated,even if they only remodeled a few each year. They advertised a lounge, swimming pool and spa and all were closed during our stay. Room had a tv, micro, and refrig, which was nice,but like a lot of motels all that electrical stuff is shoved onto a single electric power strip.

Was rude Beyond rude they asked for my service dog paperwork which is illegal they said there was going to be a fee for a pet when it says that there is no fee for pets on the website they did not have breakfast out and said that our room did not include breakfast when it did and then she was rude and put out muffins and some bread for us for breakfast and one pot of coffee it says their pool was open on the website and it wasn't it was close but yet full of water and look like it could be used it said they had free Wi-Fi but yet we could not log into the Wi-Fi overall it was probably the worst hotel stay I've ever been too and will never recommend or nor return ever again

Extremely poor customer service; motel desk employee was unable to add the cost of our room and would have overcharged us had I not broken down the math item by item; the computer system wasn't functioning; we had a mouse in our room; exterior door to our wing was it hadn't been maintained. This is an extremely run down property not worth the fairly low rate charged for a stay

It was priced right for the room and amenities I received. The people were friendly and helpful and the Inn was full every night.

The motel was shabby and looked unkempt. We had no hot water in our room in the morning so left without a shower or anything. Breakfast was mentioned when we checked in but we only saw a coffee pot in the lobby beside a toaster.

The front desk person did not make me feel welcome the moment I walked in to pay for my stay. very distant and unfriendly. She kept saying she's not going to argue with me, when I calmly stated the facts of the room. The room smelled of gasoline, the carpet was filthy and had candy wrappers along the bed, after front desk person sent me to the room again to show the housekeeper, I found more trash along the wall of headboard.! very upsetting, I was tired, looked forward to sit and relax in hot tub, this was out of service, the pool was out of service. Just an all around bad experience.

Just what was expected great service and priced right

Ceiling collapsing, cold, outdated and uncomfortable. Seldom anyone at the front desk.
