The Grand Hotel

Everything was perfect. Bed was great for sleeping, front desk was helpful with directions and suggestions. Was surprised at the underground parking but it was a pleasure once we got rain!!

The staff is exceptional. They made us feel like family. The suite could not have suited us better. On the first floor, close to the elevator. We have mobility issues and felt the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Excellent hotel.

Everything was great

We have stayed at the grand a number of times. I’ve never been disappointed. I prefer having a lobby and entrances to the room on the inside as opposed to outside entrance to the room. I find it makes me feel safer.

My only complaint would be that the coffee for regular coffee is at seven but for decaf it’s at 8:30. There are coffee makers in the rooms, but I don’t feel they make the best coffee.
