Room was very comfortable. Great front desk staff, especially appreciated Aiden's friendliness and his help with suggestions for breakfast and dinner.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

"Not good"

The terrace area was being worked on so we couldn’t use it and we had to keep the curtains closed. Why did we get that room? The hotel was empty!

"Great off season rates!"

Really enjoyed the great location, walked to the Marginal Way & Perkins Cove. Beds were comfy, great outdoor hot tub.

Thought it would be nice to have snacks in the lobby like fruit available. Also wished the pool and hot tub was open later than 9pm.

Very easy check in. Great location. Room was fantastic, clean, & quite a few little details that made it more enjoyable ex. a nightlight. Most hotels don't have that.

It would of been nice to have some sort of continental breakfast. But I imagine off season probably isn't worth it for them. Did like have a toaster in the room.

"We love the Grand. The penthouse suites have lovely fireplaces. The sraff is fabulous.."

The rooms are immaculate & we really like the penthouse suites.

While we appreciate a good bathroom fan, the noise it makes takes over everything!

Large room. Nice, clean and updated bathroom. Sitting area. Cafe table for meals. Comfortable bedding. Great location

It would be nice to have the bedside light switches accessible from the bed instead of a single wall switch by the door.
