Outdated, every lamp in my room was different & a little wonky as in lampshade didn’t fit. Hall walls had patches of plaster showing where bumped by guests and/or laundry carts. Needs fresh paint & updating of carpet !

My review is not based on the staff. The staff was a wonderful staff. They were very accommodating.

What I did not like about the hotel the elevator was down for two days while I was there. It came back up late Saturday night, so therefore we had to climb the stairs. I also found a roach in our hotel room. Also, the hotel bathroom was very dirty by the floor. The tub had black mold around it over all the hotel room was not a good hotel room.

Great friendly staff from front desk to housekeepers they went over and beyond to ensure that we had a great stay the room was nice and clean the location was great nice and quiet 😊I also love the team work

Close to family for our visit.

There was an electrical fire, and smoke filled the entire first floor. The comforter had smoke burns from a cigarette. Toilet seat cracked and mold in the bathroom. When I was checking in, they had misplaced my paperwork...doubting that I had even made a reservation. Because of the fire and my asthma, we had to checkout and find a different place to stay which cost more money since it was last minute. We were only at the Wingate 7 hours and still had to pay for one day.
