"Should have cost half of what they charge"

Location was pretty good overall. I expected a higher quality hotel for the cost. I thought it included a breakfast, but no. I excepted the pool to be heated and the hot tub was maybe 85 degrees so that was extremely disappointing. I wish I could have changed hotels the day after we checked in.

"Cool room bugs in bathroom"

The ladies at night were very nice at the front reception area. Day lady not so friendly . My room was freezing for 3 days I had to go out and buy blankets. The day lady said they could not fix the heat until my last day the night shift lady sent maintenance up right away it took them 10 min to fix it. The bathroom had bugs. The way we reheat was cracked and falling apart. All around I would never stay there again. The lady in the restaurant was awesome.

The price was decent.

The location wasn't great. It was outdated and smelled musty. Half the time, our door keys didn't work. The pool was freezing cold and it looked more like a truck stop hotel than a family-friendly hotel.
