Ramada by Wyndham Venice Hotel Venezia

We love this hotel! Staff - food - pool - rooms - all amazing. Shantell, Morgan, Jordan & Patti keep the bar & restaurant vibe perfect for Florida Relaxation!! Chef Chris Friday night fish , Wednesday prime rib & daily pool menu & cocktails are delicious!! Locals Favorite Venice's hangout !!

The hotel itself isn't all that bad, location is good, rooms are clean. Parking can be an issue if there is an event at the hotel. My ONE big issue is the key cards to the room don't work, every time I left the room for more than a few mintues I had to walk back to the front desk (I was the furthest room away) and get my key reset, this could be up to 3 or 4 times a day depending on my activities. One time I didn't say thank you (my 2nd time that day getting a key reset) and the rude girl at the counter said 'Your Welcome' as I walked away, like I owed her a thank you. This issue is throughout the hotel, not just my room. Maybe request a room near the front desk!!!!

Pool- however the chairs need to be cleaned. Staff was helpful and allowed for late check-out.

The room smelled terrible. No drain stop in sink. Shower drain so slow, tub filled up.

Location was perfect.

The bedding was stained. Overall, just uninviting. It would have been nice to have coffee available at 6:00 am. There weren’t enough towels for the stay. The cleanliness of the room is what I would expect from a third rate hotel. For what you charged I would have expected much better.

Zero cars in the parking lot

Cleanliness, management, organization, hygiene, just overall gross. Had stains, missing mirror, ripped curtains, asked for new room and unkept with chair against door.

The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, the room was really bad. The furniture is old, stained, and has several places that it has been dented or dinged. The bathroom light is very poor. The closet door looks like it has been pried open.
