Main restrooms in restaurant area were out of order and absolutely disgusting. Table/desk in my room was sticky. Whole place needs major upgrades.

The only good point about this day was my check-in. I finally received the room that I asked for. I was able to park outside my room so I could watch my car. This place was dirty, had bugs all over the counter, and was extremely noisy till after one in the morning. There are people with golf carts, campers, and boats just parked in the lot and hanging out drinking. This hotel has gone downhill over the past several years and it will be our last day at this place forever.

The restaurant was great! The food was very good and the servers were excellent. The value was excellent too.

The key card system was horrendous. In the first 48 hours, we had 10 sets of key cards. We were offered another room, but the soap holder in the shower was broken and moldy. Our niece was staying there also and she had trouble with key cards. The floor in our room was dirty. The bottoms of my feet were black. The lighting in the room was dull. We bought light bulbs. The front desk staff were good and friendly.

3 rd year here and everything was amazing. The king bedroom suites are amazing and we look forward to next year already. Hosted a party of 40 of our friends who all stayed and enjoyed the pool, bar and amazing food. Paul the bartender has become a great friend and watching him work the bar is very impressive. Tell him we said hi if you go. You won’t be disappointed

Old hotel, definitely needs a refresh! Bedsheets had brown stain, stains on comforter and blankets. Pool chairs were old and rotted definitely overpriced for the quality of the hotel!! very disappointed.

This is not a hotel, it's a MOTEL. so old, so nasty. The front desk agent was great, it's not her fault the facilities are horrendous. It seems they were built to be awful! The only elevator is outside the building, the grounds are a mixture of sand, dirt and weeds. The doors are all exterior with big gaps under the doors, so big that the smell of cigarette smoke from the people outside was coming in. The furniture looks like it was pulled out of a garbage dump. The fake leather peeling off the ottoman and fake wood peeling off ALL the furniture. The bed was so lumpy and sketchy I was afraid to even take the top blanket off. I was about to sleep in my car but it was actually a cold night so I slept in my sweats on top of the covers. Got about an hour of actual sleep from all the noise and just being grossed out. There was mold in the shower and rust on the door frames, lamps, fixtures- basically anything metal. Another reason I almost slept in my car was to make sure it wasn't stolen or vandalized! Very sketchy neighborhood, next to a Motel 6. The motel 6 might have actually been a better choice, I contacted my employer asking to not book this hotel for me or any of my coworkers again, this is the last place you could rest after a long day of work.
