Location. Price. Quiet (although there appeared to be few guests).

Breakfast. Poor offerings. As examples, no fresh fruit (We mean NONE - apples, bananas, oranges, etc.), limited oatmeal flavors, no yogurt. While there was scrambled eggs and sausages, biscuits and creamed something, and sweets, “healthy” items were missing.

Toilet leaked flooding the bathroom No room service even though requested Loud parties and people fighting Not impressed with breakfast, very minimal selection and no options for gluten free No working TV on the first night
