First room I was given, the heater did not work at all. Second room, it worked, not hot air was produced when on high heat.

Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for years. Exceptional staff - very accommodating with early check in as we had a wedding to get ready for. Will definitely stay again if back in the area!

Breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was decent.

Door key lock broken on side door. Juice machine broken or not working properly. Ice machines out service in all hotel. Breakfast service on Saturday poor, out of silverware and 3 staff members were too busy talking instead of restocking areas
