Great downtown location that wasn’t too busy! Lots of places to eat and see really close by! Beautiful rooftop pool with a bar and restaurant that was really fun!

I had paid for parking with my reservation but didn’t specify valet when we pulled up! The attendant sent us to the parking garage, and when we checked in we were told parking was included and to pull up out front! So we had to go get the car and go right back to valet where we started, and the attendant still tried to tell us we were wrong! He checked with the front desk and then happily parked our car!!

Nice hotel. Good location to downtown in a walkable area. Also easily accessible to/from the airport. I was running late to catch my return flight and the valet / bell attendants, Ali & Alex, were particularly helpful.

Alex and Ali were really helpful at valet when there was a bus blocking traffic they really went above and beyond it was so appreciated. The property is really pretty and the area is great!

This was our second year in a row hosting an event here. The facilities and staff were two driving factors that made it easy to decide to come back again. The event support staff such as Sal, Lili, Cici, and Francisco were absolutely wonderful. They are all incredibly kind, helpful, flexible, and ensured that we had a smooth event. I also have to shout out Jesse and the rest of the Encore team, who flawlessly handled all our A/V and tech needs. Many of the staff supported our event last year as well and it was so special to come back to see familiar faces. I cannot say enough nice things about the team here!

I was here on business in Jan. Excellent, clean rooms, very attentive staff and great gym resources. A very pleasurable experience overall.
