Our normal check in is between 14H00 and 18H00. Please note that we are a Private Lodge and we do not have 24 hours check in service. Our gate is locked on a permanent basis due to the Wildlife on our property, we therefore ask that you please advise on an estimated time of arrival for us to have the gate unlocked upon your arrival. Latest check in is 19H00, between 19H00 and 20H00, there will be a Surcharge of R 250.00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Evertything was excellent and we really enjoyed every moment. Food was so tasty and served with so much garnish to look beautiful.

Is it possible to warm up the plates with breakfast and dinner in winter time? Food so tasty but cold before it reaches the table.

Great area and nice room.

The facilities aren't looked after, all seemed a bit old and pool water was quite dirty, shame as it was a hot day. The ladies working at breakfast weren't overly friendly.

-Le cadre est superbe ( au bord d’une rivière avec des hippopotames et autres …)-Au cœur de la nature et très apaisant. -Lodge très bien entretenu -Personnel très accueillant -Repas « three course menu » est bon mais c’est uniquement la proposition du jour . Il est possible de cuisiner dans le logement si souhaité -Petit déjeuner possible aussi .

Malheureusement ce jour là nous avons eu un souci mais indépendant de la direction : violent orage la veille entraînant une rupture de courant sur tout le secteur et donc nous n’avons pas eu d’électricité lors de notre arrivée. ( pas de frigo et pas de courant ).L’établissement nous a fourni des lampes à pétrole et nous avons tout de même pu utiliser la douche. Attention aussi à la piste de 7 km pour accéder au lodge si vous n’êtes pas habitué à ce type de conduite.

No braai area at lapa. Entrance gate too small for big cars, accidentally scratched the car before going out.

Perfect location. Beautiful house next to the pool. Quiet and very efficient

No clean water to drink or bath. My baby developed a skin rush from the water. I just wish we are informed about the water so that we can buy our own water.

The view was nice

It was too dusty, I couldn’t sleep properly. My kids were scared of the spiders, the toilet was blocked and the receptionist didn’t tell us about the time for breakfast.
