They were very professional

The photos are deceptive. The room was much more worn out than the pictures showed. Also, I was quite shocked to find that on the bathroom mirror there was a large etched, drawing of a naked woman, not ideal when traveling with little kids! The area also seemed unsafe, so maybe OK for a quick night’s stay before the flight, being close to the airport. The weather is quite cold, and the blankets provided were insufficient. The breakfast was quite simple, but tasty on the upper level, and honestly was the only positive during our stay.

Checkout is at noon but they were literally kicking us out at 11 am.

Malísima experiencia no pude dormir en toda la noche por mala ubicación muchos negocios nocturno y de paso al día siguiente no nos dieron desayuno

No me gustó qué ofrecen un desayuno y no te lo dan al menos en mi caso no me atendieron bien por consiguiente no desayuné los dos días que me hospede además qué el ruido de un auto baño que está a un costado es las 24 horas lo único que me gustó es el servicio de las mucamas señoras muy amables

El peor hotel al que he ido, pague la reservacion y cuando mis familiares llegaron al hotel le cobraron 90mil adicionales porque era politica de ellos. El baño inundado, entregaron el cuarto con 1 cama menos del de la reserva. Cuando mis familiares pagaron los 90 mil extra no le querian entregar recibo de pago. El desayuno super mal. De verdad no se los recomiendo.

Es un excelente hotel, Siempre lo usamos cuando vamos a bogota.

Need more variety for breakfast. And need to have a restaurant for lunch and dinner

Extremely noisy location and the guy at the front desk was surprisingly rude.
