Bo 'free' transfers which is why i booked hotel. They and EXPEDIA let them lie. And no spa facility exist. Again lies so I'm wanting my money back!!!

To much noise thru the night, false advertise regarding free transportation from and to airport. There is a fee for that service must be book 24 hours in advance.

"Inconformidad con la tarifa cobrada "

En general bien, sin embargo no entiendo porque si el precio acordado segun la página decía "$63.000, precio por habitación y por noche (cargos por recuperación de impuestos y cargos por servicios incluidos)" me cobraron en el hotel $82.000 porque según ellos los impuestos no estaban incluidos... adicional a eso, la persona de la recepción no fue nada gentil al lograr dar la explicación. Deben ser claros con las condiciones que exponen en la página

First, they have no shuttle, even that they say they have. Then it took 20 minutes to give us the room. The room was terrible, the bathroom with no toilet paper, then when we beeded to check out, the hold us there until they check the room… .in case we broke something… .never again
