Hotel Excel Okayama

I liked that the property was far away from the train station to be very quiet. It is also very near Okayama Castle.

Location, cleanliness & staff

Beds and pillows very hard. Not a comfortable sleep. Hotel claims parking available, but there is none on site. Expensive paid parking is however nearby.

Great location with easy walk to Castle & park. Our room had a beautiful view of the park. Staff very kind. Close to train. Large room.

駐車場の料金が周辺より割高になっているのが残念でした。

The hotel was accessible from the station with a short street car ride (can be walked too, but we'd rather not with our luggage). We enjoyed the view from our room on the garden and the castle, very beautiful at night. The café was handy for breakfast. We did not use it for other meals. The garden and the castle were within walking distance as well as local eateries.

Everything was fine.

Very good location, close to the castle and Japanese garden. Would recommend
