A tomada fica localizada atrás da cama, o que dificulta sua utilização, já que fica na área onde são colocados os travesseiros. Além disso, das três tomadas disponíveis no quarto, apenas uma funcionava corretamente. A tranca da porta também apresentava problemas. A parte interna, utilizada para travar a porta após entrar no quarto, estava quebrada. Durante a estadia, apenas um dos três elevadores estava funcionando. Inclusive, funcionários informaram que os elevadores costumam apresentar falhas com frequência. O café da manhã era simples.
