Deixei minha bagagem as 12:00 hs no Hotel pois o check-in era a partir das 14:00 e fui ao evento que me levou a SP, quando me foi dito que na volta a chave do quarto estaria me esperando e o elevador com problema consertado. Na volta as 21:00 hs cansado, me informaram que os elevadores estavam quebrados e minha alternativa seria subir 15 andares com minha mala. Procurei outro hotel...

Pessimo receptivo. E não me ajudaram a encontrar acomodação nos outros hotéis da rede dos quais haviam prospectos na entrada...

Boa localização, café da manhã muito bom, limpeza muito boa

Fiquei no 10° andar e os 3 elevadores não funcionaram durante minha estadia. Péssimo! Eu desisti de descer para tomar café e almoçar. Decidi sair no horário do almoço e voltar à noite para não ter que ficar subindo e descendo escadas o tempo todo.
