we picked this hotel -- because it is part of the chain we use. and were very happily surprised -- my very favorite part was it was REALLY REALLY clean. the bed was fine, the AC was fine, the breakfast was fine the people at the desk were pleasant and helpful but the room was so clean -- i could eat off the floor!!!

It’s a very nice suite. The kitchenette has a full fridge microwave dishwasher, and a sink. There’s a workspace and a separate sitting area the bedroom suite had a comfortable bed separate shower area. The digital rum key would not work. I received a text from Ashley asking how everything was so far three hours before I had even checked in! So when the digital room key would not work I responded to the text but never heard back. Unfortunately, the air conditioner made high whining, sound most of the night too. Free breakfast wasn’t bad.

My room did not have an ice bucket or drinking cups in the bathroom. I requested both and it took forever to get the bucket. The front desk clerk was busy checking people in so she gave me 2 plastic bags and then pointed to the cups on the drink station and said “Take some of those”. I had an appointment so I had to leave before she found an ice bucket for me. I finally got it when I returned at 8 pm. It had been next to impossible to try and get ice just into the thin plastic bag. Oh well… a sad negative for a nice hotel.
