Great location in Appenzell. Short walk to shops and train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the sauna after a day of hiking in the rain. Just what we needed! They stored our luggage overnight while we hiked to Aescher to stay one night.

Frühstück sehr gut Badezimmer komfortabel und sehr schön renoviert. Gutes Abendessen mit netter und hilfreicher Bedienung Einwandfreies Parking mit Ladestation für Elekto-Autos.

Zimmer etwas altmodisch (alte Fenster, fehlende Storen) Kleiner Lift (mühsam mit Kinderwagen) Fluchtwege und Notausgänge nicht oder schlecht gekennzeichnet !

Very central location. 5 minutes to the train station. Staff is very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. Very cute building and homey rooms. Clean bathroom. Good luggage room where we could park our suitcases after check-out.
