Hotel was spotless with excellent service from very lovely staff/owners. The breakfast table had a vast variety of foods to choose from with hot food also available.

Breakfast location and staff

Very disappointed to sleep the first night on a DEAD mattress feeling the metal bars in the bed. Better off on the floor. Asked for some refund/ discount for this horrendous night but was told by the staff that they couldn’t do it as the company wouldn’t let them decide. Asked for a contact but was just given general enquiries email at the hotel, NOT management!!! That spoilt the experience of the stay.

We enjoyed our stay, this was our second stay at this hotel, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and had everything we needed with a lovely big, comfy bed. Breakfast was really good. We will definitely book again
