"Lovely hotel in excellent location."

Excellent hotel in the centre of Cognac. Great location and everywhere is walkable within the centre. We arrived quite early and were allowed to park in the car park which is accessed via the large blue door. Surprisingly our room was ready which was a bonus. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and we received an upgrade to our room. The room was lovely and modern with tea/coffee facilities ( no fridge) and the bed was really comfortable. Although we overlooked the roundabout we didn’t have any excess noise. Breakfast was also very good with a great choice of hot and cold food. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

"Great place to visit"

Fantastic hotel and location. Good parking space also, with possibility to charge EV. Loved the town. Everybody where so helpful and friendly, not only in the hotel but the village.

"Excellent"

Pretty hotel in the centre of Cognac. We stayed two nights and the staff was friendlyand helpful. Had breakfast the second day and that was good. Nice walking distance to everything. Paid a short visit to the spa area where we had the whole place to ourselves.

"Excellent two night stay…."

What a great hotel! Booked for my wife’s birthday and they gave us a lovely top floor room overlooking the square. Staff were friendly, efficient and very polite when we spoke with them. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and the 10.00am finish was perfect for a little lie in. First time in Cognac and if we return will certainly be staying here again. A French Hotel with big fluffy bath sheets as well!

Un hôtel qui mérite ses 4 étoiles. Le service est impeccable Seul bémol, le hammam dont la porte est cassée. Une mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner qui est qualitatif

"We loved it"

The service, organization and attention was excellent. The spa and pool had a very good ambience. The buffet (or breakfast) was very good and got many options. Hôtel al goût de la France.
