"Best location"

Our room was spacious and comfortable. We had our own patio whşch is amazing. The swimming pool and the hammam was the highlight of the stay. Also I need to mention that the staff was very kind and helpful.

Absolument admirable, le personnel a top et a votre écoute, serviable, souriant, discret et efficace. franchement cela faisait longtemps que nous n’avions pas eu un hôtel aussi plaisant, très beau cadre, idéalement situé. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des mets savoureux et des confitures sûrement faites maison aux saveurs inédite. Le hammam et la piscine sont des plus appréciable. Nous ne pouvons que recommander et nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel et avons été agréablement surpris L’accueil y a été excellent avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour un séjour de qualité Le plus le parking sécurisé et des bornes électriques à disposition pour les véhicules Leurs deux restaurants sont à proximité et nous avons été ravis de déjeuner au restaurant La Maison Vraiment nous y reviendrons

"Update to July 2022 review"

I’m just concluding a 2 week stay at Francois Premier Hotel in Cognac. I previously reviewed this hotel in July 2022 when I said I loved the hotel but knocked a star off my rating as the hotel had some serious WiFi issues at the time. I’m happy to report that the WiFi is now amazing (fast and reliable) and you don’t have to login daily and there don’t seem to be to be number of device limits. The other big change. My room had a brand new beautiful large Philips TV with included streaming services. Still the best hotel by far in Cognac!! Also to note: maintenance, continuous improvement, staff friendliness and engagement! The quest for quality never seems to stop!
