Pleasure from check in to check out. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Comfortable rooms

Very nice, atmospheric hotel in the centre of Cognac. Staff were very friendly, especially the barman who made some excellent cocktails for us. The hotel also has a nice indoor pool and a steam room.

The hotel is located around the corner from the tourist office and walking distance to the train station and all the main sites, including the cognac houses. The room was modern, clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was a lovely relief from the 33C weather. A great choice for staying in Cognac.

A tired jewel in the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful but the room was awkward.

If not the best hotel I've every stayed at, top 3 hands down. Wonderfully helpful staff, right in the heart of town, lovely hotel, amazing bartender.....I just can't say enough good things about our time here. It was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for local restaurants and bars. Super breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs on offer. Rather noisy air con even on low fan. Welcoming and friendly staff. Good shady parking belonging to hotel but payable.

In the middle of town. Within walking distance to restaurants, the river and cognac Houses. The only downside to the hotel is the beds are extra firm. The staff is helpful and excellent at recommendations and support. We would return and highly recommend
