Belvedere Hotel Brasov

we had a perfect stay in this hotel. Everyone was kind and the view is absolutely amazing.We had to use buses and taxis to get to the old town but we choosed it anyway because of the view and we didn t regret our decision. Brasov looks amazing in the autumn time!Thank you for a great holiday!

At first i was a bit scared to book based on other reviews. But did it anyway. Straight away a got a mail back saying that the spa and pool in the main hotel is under renovation, fair play to them. Got to the hotel without having to prepay to secure the booking and we got upgraded to a deluxe room with a minibar and view. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was good with a fair amount of choices. We did not had a dinner in there because she could not find something suitable but got a chance to view the menu and is pretty fancy. We enjoyed it. Quite, away from town noise and madness. Just what we needed. Surely would return.

Lovely view on Brasov city; great position. Hotel is ok, it can be better managed.

Nice view, nice location, excellent event facilities. We had significant trouble checking out as we were charged twice. Once by ebookers and once directly. They claimed over and over again that ebookers does not pay them directly and it is our problem if we paid ebookers. We called ebookers they called the hotel and they would not answer the phone. So we called ebookers and handed the mobile to the staff. About an hour later they found that they were paid by ebookers (which they claim they would never do) and canceled our payment we did the second time. Never had such a significant trouble when checking out of a hotel.

Had a lovely 5 day break away . Brasov very lovely place. Luckily we researched our out and abouts before we came as there was no info in hotel. Bran castle was excillant our driver was pleasant knowledgable. LOVED the Brasov and Rasnov Hollywood styled signs on the mountains. Overall lovely place and had lovely time.

Hotel sympa avec piscine raffraichissante (au mois d'août !) près du centre ville. Par contre, si vous allez dans Brasov à pieds, ça monte très sec pour revenir. Vue agréable.
