Belvedere Hotel Brasov

Excellent hotel. Very nice conditions, reasonable price, restaurant was outstanding.

We loved our stay at Belvedere. The location is good for a nice view but a little far from the city. We had a car to drive so it wasn't a problem for us. The hotel was very nice, quaint and friendly. The room was large, clean, and modern. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large and well laid out. The staff was friendly and helpful, they even kept the complimentary breakfast open for us when we overslept and were a little late. The only downside was that the room seemed slightly overpriced for the area. However, it wouldn't stop me from recommending the Belvedere. The view of the city at night and the carpathian mountains are almost worth the price alone.

Cleaner and nicer than a lot of American hotels. Restaurant served authentic Romanian dishes. Delicious!

I booked this hotel my chance and what a selection. The location was great with views into Brasov and up as well. The hotel was clean, well stocked, well equipped and all the staff were friendly. The biggest surprise was the restaurant which I must say is the best restaurant I have ever eaten in, and we didn't want to leave. Real fine dining at very very reasonable prices...

Superb room and great location. Pleasant stroll downhill into center. Easy cab or bus back. Good value for money.

Although it was easy enough to get to the Hotel (from the Train Station, it was the 4 Bus until it ended, and then the first stop on the 20 Bus), the location is somewhat out of the way. The very friendly staff and the great views from our room's balcony were great reminders that some time you don't need to be right where it's at to still enjoy a hotel.

The belvedere is located about a mile from the old town centre up the hill which lends itself to great views. As it is out of the main old town i found it less stressful to find and of course park the car. Inside it is modern and the staff are very helpful, a taxi to the old town is about 5 lei, and apparently the restaurant is the best in town!

Position of the hotel is on a hill with a nice view at the city, especially from the restaurant at the top. The staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and nice looking. City center is few minutes with a car. Would come again
