The Mustard Seed at Echo Lodge

Good food. Rooms are very basic and fairly small. Grounds of the hotel much smaller than expected (not much scope for walks etc). Place didn't feel that welcoming, very expensive for what you get.

The service, the staff and the food at the Mustard Seed Echo Lodge are simply outstanding. I highly recommend it and plan to stay here again on a future visit to Ireland.

What an incredible B&B! We booked at the last minute as we were looking for something along our drive between Galway and Limerick. Just about an hour from Limerick and Shannon, about 15 minutes from Adare. Beautiful location away from any main drag. Beautiful gardens, pristine property that gives you an incredible view of Ireland's greenery and hills. It really was a hidden gem! The staff was super friendly and inviting. Rooms were clean and roomy. Quiet library for tea. They were able to seat us for dinner, which ended up being a 4 course meal! Breakfast was incredible too! Five star food, Five star B&B. If we are returning to Ireland this would be at the top of our list to stay. A great place for couples to spend a quiet weekend away. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you are young, looking for a hot spot of Pubs, shopping and people then this place would not be for you.

Great place to stay in limerick co. Great breakfast and a very warm and inviting atomosphere!!

It was comfortable and a welcome respite from driving in gale-force winds. The food was excellent. It was annoying not having wifi in my room.
