Las habitaciones requieren reformas

I booked for myself a standard room and when I arrived I was put in a more up to date room then what I saw in pics and had a stunning balcony and it really made my trip as felt like I had been upgraded. My only negative is the lack of power outlets. I had to use an adaptor as from the UK, and some of the power outlets struggled with weight of my adaptor. In kitchen, I couldnt use coffee machine at same time as microwave for example. Lastly, this is small, but I borrowed an iron and was not given an ironing board so this made things difficult in my room as had to get creative to iron shirts. Overall though, I was happy and am definitely going to book again if prices remain as they were when I booked.

Mobiliario bastante viejo

La ubicación, la piscina, la habitación de cortesía para ducharte estaba bien

Soy una persona que suele adaptarse bastante bien a los lugares, pero en este caso hubo varios aspectos que no me gustaron. En primer lugar, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. Se lo comenté al recepcionista y me indicó que en ese momento no había técnicos disponibles para repararlo, algo que puedo comprender siendo las 20:00 horas. Sin embargo, al día siguiente nadie pasó a revisarlo ni tampoco tuvieron el detalle de preguntar si necesitaba un ventilador o si había podido descansar adecuadamente durante la noche. Por otro lado, resultó incómodo escuchar a algunos miembros del personal quejarse de forma continua sobre cuestiones laborales relacionadas con el hotel. A pesar de haber leído previamente algunas reseñas negativas, quise darle un voto de confianza al establecimiento. Por eso me parece una pena que, teniendo una ubicación tan buena, no ofrezcan un servicio acorde a las expectativas que genera.

No pone que cobran por mascota y al llegar te cobran 20€ por noche Habían cucarachas

Ubicación,zona de piscina , y limpieza.

Los pasillos de las habitaciones parecen de película de miedo, de lo lugubres que son. Y el mobiliario de las habitaciones, son muy antiguos y oscuros.

Fantastic location. Lots to do just around every corner from hotel, and free bus and taxi rank just 30 seconds away as well. Room was lovely and the extended check out time was fab!

Property is dated, was questioning my booking from reception until I got to my room.
