The stay was ok overall, what i really appreciated is the reactivity of the staff especially customer experience manager Mme Chaima , she was so nice and helpful and tried her best to fix some issue related with the facility by changing the room immediately and proposing upgrades.

The food was average and rooms require renovation. Also we noticed a lot of mosquitos in the room.

Excellent séjour en famille ! Hôtel chaleureux et parfaitement adapté aux familles. Le personnel est très accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. La cuisine est délicieuse, avec de très bonnes spécialités tunisiennes, et la plage est magnifique avec une eau cristalline. Un grand merci à Monsieur Noureddine pour son accueil et son professionnalisme dès notre arrivée. Les animations pour petits et grands sont au top. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
