La plage . Hotel très arboré

Je me suis blessé le pied avec le chemin en bois tout pourri. Aucune chaînes tv française ( sois disant en maitenance; depuis le début de l année). Bar , restaurant sur la plage fermé. Impossible d avoir le tout inclu même avec booking. Hotel à besoin d entretien.. J ai ramassé tout les jours des plastiques sur la plage.bouteille, sacs, polystyrène etc... Pas de service de nettoyage. Sauf le dernier jour le 23/05

This is my second stay at the Africa Jade, and once again, the thalassotherapy centre has been the highlight of the experience. But what truly sets this place apart is the quality of the care and the attentiveness of the team. Every request is met with warmth and genuine consideration. I had the pleasure of booking a massage session, and I was looked after by Salma, whose gentle and professional made the experience truly memorable. She has a natural kindness about her that creates an immediate sense of calm. After each session, I found myself leaving with a real sense of peace that carried through the rest of my day. It’s that kind of care that transforms a pleasant hotel stay into something you genuinely look forward to returning to. Khaled

The hotel’s outdoor atmosphere was truly beautiful and relaxing. The natural surroundings were very well maintained, and it was clear that the hotel puts great effort into the outdoor areas. The food was also very good, and overall the experience outside the room was enjoyable and peaceful.

However, the room itself did not meet expectations in terms of comfort and facilities. The room design and furniture felt old, and the lighting was poor. There were no bedroom slippers or bath slippers provided, no coffee corner or coffee-making facilities, and complimentary water was not provided. The wardrobes looked outdated, and there was no power outlet in the bathroom. In addition, the amenities were very limited, as only shampoo and soap were available, while other standard hotel items such as a sewing kit and similar essentials were missing. Overall, the room needs significant improvement to match the quality of the hotel’s outdoor environment and dining experience.

Beautiful Hotel, decorations and style are one of a kind. We were upgraded for free to a junior suite;since we liked the hotel we extended our stay +days (total 10 days). Breakfast and dinner simply 5 stars, delicious! All the staff amazing, kind and professional. Area is quite, beautiful gardens and beach. Animation and sport team very kind and focused on their job. We will be back.

Le stress lors de la réservation ! Française avec tunisien . Par téléphone pas de soucis , par écrit : il faut 2 chambres ( hors de question ) , on rappel à plusieurs reprises pour savoir et suivant la personne discours différent . Heureusement tout c est merveilleusement bien passé sur place .
