"Everything is perfect except suite room with private pool"

Villa itself, nature, green, building, breakfast, dinner, open-air swimming pool

Private pool is not clean at all. They should replace all water before new customer arrives, and clean pool wall, many moss on the pool floor. The room does not seems enough big although the description says it has over 40m2.

La ubicación y las indicaciones

Para ser un 5 estrellas se debería controlar mucho mas a los niños maleducados, llorones y ruidosos. Nos despertó un perro ladrando por el pasillo. Me pareció horrible. El personal de la recepción debería hablar también español.

Ubicación y hotel buenos y personal amable. Estuvimos en la suite con jardín y nos gustó mucho pero tuvimos problemas con la wifi, TV y agua que salía de la ducha. Vistas impresionantes al Etna y clima más agradable que en la costarricense
