Villa Neri Resort & Spa

Beautiful building in a very good state. Exceptionally clean rooms and facilities. Complimentary spa on site with pool, sauna and steam room, which was amazing. Also very nice outside pool. Gourmet restaurant on site with excellent food.

Staff at swimming pool difficult to find, had to search for someone to order a drink and get a cushion on the sun bed. Some staff a bit less friendly, but they did warm up to us eventually.

The modern decoration. Booking.com did not provide the right information. I got a room I did not choose. I did not want a Nordic lodge but a Sicilian style room at the hotel. Moreover, the description on the booking.com website said 15 kilometres from Taormina. It is 50 or more kilometres away !!

The property had beautiful grounds and a nice outside pool. We had dinner at their restaurant and he chefs menu was outstanding!! It is located in a vineyard so not in town but the area was lovely. Enjoyed our brief stay at Villa Neri

It’s been a very long time since I’ve stayed at a hotel with such attentive staff. Amazing place and amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. One issue was there is no gym or free airport transfer like it says on hotels.com.

We loved Villa Neri so much and I can't wait to take my parents there. I am so glad I found this hotel. We were only there for one night but we made the absolute most of it. On check-in we were informed of all the optional activities and opted to do them all. The wine tasting at the property next door was incredible. The 90min exclusive use of the spa facilities was luxurious and relaxing. The staff at this hotel are incredible! I wish I had gotten everyones names so I could mention them here as they were so so lovely to us. We arrived really early in the day after booking their transfer from the airport and our room was ready for us when we arrived. We had a fantastic lunch by the pool, went for the local wine tasting, spent an hour in the spa and then had a really incredible dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast the next morning was gorgeous - so many different food options to accomodate everyone as we sat outside in the sunshine watching Mount Etna. The whole experience was so fantastic. The staff were incredible - definitely the best part about our stay. We loved everything.

Everything was great....Staff so so helpful in everything....The ambiance so so peaceful....A resort where you can stay in for days without going out, totally relaxed... Definitely will visit again very soon 🤗🤗
