Sunrise Hotel

The hotel is next to the bus station to go to Oia and all the villages/beach. It’s not far from restaurants and shops. It has a pool to cool off after a hot day visiting Santorini. The breakfast is ok, bread, ham, cheese, cereals, milk, yogurt, etc... we stayed 3 nights and they never cleaned our room.

Due to the pandemic we could not travel to Greece from the US. Hotel refused Expedia's request to cancel the reservation without penalty. I directly emailed the hotel twice to request rescheduling for one year in advance. I received no replies

The staff made us feel welcomed and were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and plentiful with attentive staff. The hotel was a lovely example of a traditional accommodation you would expect of Santorini situated just minutes from the heart of Fira.

Staff VERY friendly and helpful especially the young man at the front desk. We stayed in a room to the front and was noisy until 10pmish otherwise very handy to the bus station and caldera. Difficulty hiring a car with comprehensive insurance. Only offered third party but found one in Fira, in the shops on the Caldera, called Golden Street car rentals.

It is quiet and the location is good. Very convenient.

Very near to the public transportation, central place, super market and restaurant and has luggage room. Staff are very helpfull providing information

Great hotel with friendly staff, nice room and a pool.

The hotel is near to Thira city center, however is not near enough to be too crowed. The hotel pool is also recent at the top of the building.
