Sunrise Hotel

The hotel itself is located near the bus terminal in Fira . I loved the hotels location where it was very convenient for us to catch the bus . The staff was very friendly .The room itself was very clean and roomy . We had a balcony room which was located in the rear of the building .We weren't able to hear any street noice which I loved . We had an awesome breakfast . I would definitely stay again at the hotel !

Staff and manager of the hotel was very rude. We requested for early checkin and they threatened us and started yelling at us. They dont know how to speak and how to treat a customer.

Alex is the best

This hotel was not only in a great location, had a beautiful pool area, had great breakfast, and was clean, but what really made it was the people running it. If you needed anything (our ac broke while we were there) they were quick to help, would go above and beyond, and very approachable. We were very happy with our stay! Would recommend 100%

ideally situated on the main road between the laundry and a builders merchant / tool hire depot the hotel is fine if you are only staying in fira for a very short time our balcony looked over the main road to the quad bike hire garage, the road is continuously busy with tourist traffic morning noon and night we didnt use the swimming poll but it looked nothing like the photo my advise on santorini - go take photo of the views over the caldera and take the 1st boat out of the place - an island that has views and that is it - the rest of the place is over crowded dirty and ill maintained - if ever there was an island that has been ruined by tourism this is it and with the airport being doubled in size it is only going to get worse

The girl with glasses on the desk was rude and obstructive. I asked to switch rooms and she deliberately lied directly to us that she had no others..The 1st room looked on to internal walls and pipes and was subsequently dark, dingyy. I said my son had a lung condition and the shower was covered in mould! She still refused. However another employee told her to give us another room. The 2nd room was better and cleaner but the shower also didnt work properly. In the end we stayed but it took the gloss of finally getting to Rome. The good news was we were just there to sleep

The staff are very attentive here! Alex checked us in and was very helpful and informative on everything. Also the young lady was great and allowed us early brekkie before checkout, as well as arrange our airport transfer. Only unfortunate thing was our room was in the corridor so constantly disturbed by other guests coming and going and banging doors. Just the way it was.

We loved our stay here! Alex and his team were super helpful, always going above and beyond! We didn't have a room with a view but had the cutest private balcony. It was quaint and quiet with a beautiful pool area, and good breakfast. It's not in a cave hotel, but one that I would absolutely go back to. Probably one of the most conveniently located in Thera! A few short blocks to restaurants, sunset views, shopping, car rental, and steps to the main bus station!

What a great staff!! Great pool area, nice rooms, everyone treated us great will come back for sure. Irene does a great job in the bar and restaurant area, we were super impressed with her.

All rooms on ground floor. Excellent for me as I have mobility issues.
