The location was great

The facility itself. The locks were wobbly or didn‘t work. Although it seemed new, upon closer look advanced signs of wear and tear.

"Central location, clean and well equipped rooms."

Was very central, had all the facilities we needed for our weekend stay. The room was more comfortable than expected and there was more space than we thought there would be. There is a car park to the rear, the key code entry is very easy to use, same with the room code. Would definitely stay here again.

Small point, the laundry on our floor (2nd floor) was constantly unavailable to guests due to it being used by the staff to do the hotel laundry. So was a case of having to go between ground floor or 3rd floor machines to see when they were available.
