The suites are very efficient and have everything you may need in a very small space. They are new and design is modern.

There is no parking. The message mentioned limited parking spots in the rear, in reality there was one spot for hotel guests. 4 or 5 for tenants. Hotel guests are directed to park on St Mary’s street a block away. We rented 4 suites over 2 nights, one of them had shower with only very very hot water. 3 of 4 faced back alley.

We stayed only one night, and that is a shame: this very comfortable and extremely clean room featured a full kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The remainder of the room was largely taken up by the queen murphy bed and a desk/sideboard. We wondered how it would be to live in this room for a longer period and making the murphy bed `disappear' for a sitting room.

The property was as advertised. Room was clean but small. The bed was a murphy bed, and was ok for a night's sleep. Parking was limited, and had to park elsewhere for the evening, although there were suggestions as to where to park. The host, was friendly and provided instructions on how to self check in. The area had a number of restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity of the University. We would stay again.

The concept and the value

Location

A very small rooms, narrow corridors, a lot stairs, no elevator. We booked our room on the second floor, when we arrived, we found notice on the our door that we were moved to the 3rd floor. I had a car accident month ago , it was very complicated and painful with so many stairs. We wrote to the office the same evening, we complained that we were not notified about the changes and explained the situation about physical discomfort after the accident. The office didn't react. It's just awful experience

Very central downtown. Also very easy to access. Free parking.

Bathroom pretty small.
