The staff were not very helpful in providing directions ie. We asked if there was a laundromat and the staff member gave us directions to a place that does not exist. The building is extremely old and needs some love. Good if you want something cheap in Grindelwald.

Sir, or Ma'am I have a problem on this booking. I checked out and paid for this booking in this morning at the hotel. The problem is the room price was different than the one shows on confirmation booking detail. Hotel required me to pay 180.5fr except city tax. But my booking detail shows 171fr except city tax. The price even including city tax and other fees is only 178.8fr on booking detail. I want to have refund of price difference. Thank you in advance.

The hotel is OK. It’s clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet is amazing! What let’s the place down is the condition. It’s very dated with threadbare carpets and a lot of staining in the bathroom and a lot of scuff marks on the walls. Just needs a bit of TLC. I’ll be back to Grindelwald but would choose somewhere else
