Nice friendly staff in

The room was clean - with clean sheets and towels. Bed was comfortable. Receptionist on duty was particularly helpful in supplying a hairdryer that was missing from the room and in ordering a taxi.

The bathroom was badly in need of refurbishment - there was black mould along the shower screen seal and at the back of the washbasin. There was a very rusty? soap tray in attached the wall in the shower space. Water leaked onto the floor along the base of the shower screen. There was a gap between the carpet pieces in the bedroom which had not been stuck down or sealed with tape so potentially was a tripping hazard.

Staff were very friendly and professional, rooms adequate.

Food was poor at dinner and the continental breakfast selection could have been better

Clean. Convenient for motorway access. Nothing to complain about.

A safe for valuables would be useful

Good car park. Nice welcome at reception. Nice view from windows. Quiet comfy room. Very tasty fresh breakfast.

Room was a little tired re decoration.
