Hotel San Francisco Plaza

The only good thing was the location

First it wasn’t clean at all, it was dusty and it had a carpet on the second floor that was probably there since years and years. The design of the room was also poor, it was divided in too floor with the bedroom on the “second floor” and the living room and bathroom on the first one. The forniture was very old and not curated. The bathroom door was made of glass so you can see everything that goes on in there. The bathroom itself was big but very poorly decorated and maintained. The service was ok-ish (still the worst of our experience in Peru) and the breakfast was very poor as well. All in all I would not come back.

Property is great, modern, clean centrally located .staff is very accommodating and courteous. Toiletries could improve and a a mini grudge would be awesome!

Should be more towels in the bathroom

Al llegar al alojamiento me cobraron 2 piezas de 3 camas, sin embargo, nos dieron una de 3 camas y 1 de 2 camas. Se cortó el agua h fue problema del hotel. Mal servicio de desayuno, pobre.

The hotel was better than expected. Well maintained and really good-looking. Our room was fairly big, bathroom was very nice. The lobby/restaurant looked great. There were free teas available all the time. Only a short walk away from the centre. The staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good, especially the juices and fruits.

Breakfast was not ready on time. It was about 10 minutes late. It should not be a big deal normally, but when you on the clock, it could be a problem. Would make sense to serve breakfast even earlier as we so multiple people leaving for a day trip without having a chance to eat.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room.

The hotel was good but there was a lot of noise coming from outside from all tourists waking up at 4 AM. The doors' isolation was bad. The rest was very good.
