One of the few hotels I could find with a 24-hour reception desk. We took a very late train into town, and the hotel we originally booked had no way of accommodating us if we arrived after 10:00 pm.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, da war es uns zu kalt. Wir haben gefragt, ob es möglich ist die Heizung im Zimmer höher zustellen. Uns wurde sofort ein anderes Zimmer Angeboten. Das war sehr nett und wir haben das sehr geschätzt. Vielen Dank.

Notre chambre n'avait aucune vue !! Ou plutôt si, sur un mur à 1m de la fenêtre ! Le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas ! On captait que des chaînes françaises à la TV (pas de RTS...) un comble pour un hôtel en suisse romande !

"Zimmerupgrade gern genommen"

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Stadtmauer von Frybourg. Die Innenstadt lässt sich fussläufig in 10 Minuten erreichen. Ich habe bei meiner Ankunft ein Upgrade erhalten. Das Zimmer war ca. 30 qm gross und in angenehmen Farben eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht der Üblichkeit. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehle das Hotel gerne weiter.
