"Our stay was warm , comfortable and welcoming , a little gem of a place."

The location was steps away from the promenade and a tram stop. Breakfast was made fresh to order and was great quality. The room features were modern and was exceptionally clean. The bar area was cosy and welcoming and parking was secure. Overall a little gem of a place , we will go back and definatley recommend.

The shower pressure was low and there was only 1 towel per person , usually you would get a bath and hand per person. These werent major issues just more of an observation. We still enjoyed ouy stay.

Everything. Starting with the booking, the ease of contact, the arrival and meeting our hosts Jo & Andy... Very welcoming and helpful. Then the room...this puts many of the well known hotels if not all of them to shame, well provisioned large TV, the bed or beds this may have been a family room but wow lovely, then comes the best part to the end of our stay....the breakfast... absolutely lovely... Andy you were outstanding in the kitchen and I am not being sexist here as your better half told us you are the cook. Did I miss to mention the TV. Can't wait to get to stay again

"Absolutely Fabulous place."

Absolutely everything. Jo and Andy were amazing hosts. Very attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Comfortable beds, great shower and fab breakfast. Couldn't have asked for better. The girls and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything much love from Elaine and the Girls. Xoxo
