As I said in trip adviser was perfect in every way from welcoming to food clean rooms. Just a perfect guest house . Would highly recommend

Lovely stay, the rooms were clean and the hosts were attentive and welcoming. They couldn't do enough and made the stay very enjoyable. The location is great for the pleasure beach.

Everything fantastic from start to finish. Regular communication from Jo & Andy from booking it to arrival. Accommodation to a high standard, rooms very clean and decorated to a high standard. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices. Cooked breakfast cooked fresh. Jo & Andy really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will definitely return

Honestly 10/10. Jo rang me on booking to check car size to see if it would fit in car park. Was very relaxed on whenever I could get there and checked me in straight away. Room was beautiful and super clean. beds very comfy. They make the best cocktails which they bring to the room. Only £4.95. I highly recommend the kiss me kwick. Breakfast amazing in the morning. One minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again.

"Superb Hosts"

A comfy room and surprisingly quiet considering we are in Blackpool. We were very well looked after by Jo and Andy, They also provided us with car parking which was a massive help. Had a lovely time in the Rossall house the hosts are very welcoming. Breakfast was superb, I really like the eggs they were amazing. I come to Blackpool a few times a year and when we return I will definitely be coming back to the Rossall House.
